Return and exchange policy
Our valued customers can exchange or purchase their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order within the following terms and conditions:

1) The goods to be replaced or be in good condition and subject to presentation in their packaging and cards and attached to the original purchase receipt.

2) The goods to be replaced or applied are not in conformity with the standard specifications or have a defect or defect that is not apparent upon purchase.

3) Perfumes without opening them should be in the form of prejudice to any packaging.

4) Oud, incense and its derivatives are neither returned nor replaced

General conditions for returns and exchange:

It is not permissible to exchange and return in the period of offers if the purchase of products before the period of offers.
The buyer bears the costs of return, shipping, delivery and any other costs incurred in returning the product to the company. In the event of a refund, the value of the goods will be returned in the same manner in which the payment was made.
